Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jiji18 account. jiji18 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a different name. This policy is maintained strictly for AML compliance purposes.

10.2 jiji18's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiji18's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
11.1 All intellectual property on the jiji18 platform — including but not limited to the jiji18 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual content — is owned by or licensed to jiji18 and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiji18 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. No other right, title, or interest is transferred to you.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jiji18 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from jiji18.
12.1 jiji18 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jiji18 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
